It’s time to start the annual overview on Blancpain novelties, which are supposed to be released at different points throughout the year. As in previous years this overview will be updated whenever new models are released, and as usual I will try to do my best to provide hands-on photos of many new timepieces as soon as possible.

Fifty Fathoms Tech 47mm
Today, June 8 (World Oceans Day), Blancpain introduced the regular collection Fifty Fathoms Tech with the functionality of timing dives up to 3 hours.

The timepiece comes in a 47mm titanium grade 23 case with center lugs that allow for a quick change of the orange rubber to strap to the two available alternatives in black and white. The Fifty Fathoms Tech 5019-12B30-94A is powered by caliber 13P5A with 5 days of power reserve.

Ladybird Tribute capsule collection
Today, June 1,on the centennial of Marilyn Monroe’s birth, Blancpain unveiled the Ladybird Tribute: seven unique timepieces inspired by the jewelry watch once worn by Marilyn Monroe and acquired by Blancpain 10 years ago.

Paying tribute to this beautiful Art Deco timepiece Blancpain has created this sensational capsule collection of seven pieces.

Each unique piece carries one letter of the name MARILYN, engraved on the backside of the watch below the sapphire crystal that offers a view on the beautiful rectangular caliber 510.

Ladybird Colors Nude Moka
Today, May 21, Blancpain introduced the 2026 additional new color scheme of the Ladybird Colors, called Nude Moka. Available in white gold or two versions in red gold this new timepiece features a nacre perlée Mother-of-Pearl dial and between 2 and 2.4 ct of diamonds.

The warm natural color tones work perfectly with both gold colors, the oversized numerals and the carefully selected strap.

Ladybird Colors Diamond Bloom
Today, May 19, Blancpain introduced two new iterations of the Ladybird Colors collection, with a strong jewelry bias.

Both timepieces feature a diamond snow setting on the dial, in total 919 diamonds totaling 4.794 carat are distributed across the timepiece. To round it up, the Ladybird colors is powered by the beautifully decorated caliber 1163L, offering 100 hours of power reserve.

The 2026 Saint Valentine
Today, January 29, Blancpain introduced their already 26th iteration of the annual Saint Valentine timepiece.

This limited to only 14 pieces Saint Valentine comes in a 21.5mm white gold case and features a nacre perlée dial with a hear cut diamond on the 12 o’clock position. The watch is powered by the automatic caliber 615 with only 15,7mm in diameter, featuring an engraved heart on the rotor.

The Villeret Calendrier Chinois Traditionnel “Year of the Horse”
Today, January 19, Blancpain introduced this year’s annual edition of the Traditional Chinese Calendar, which is actually already the 15th iteration of this splendid complication. The 45mm platinum case houses a salmon rose Grand Feu enamel dial, a first for Blancpain.

The winding mass, created by the Manufacture’s Metiers d’Art workshop, features a galloping horse, treading upon a flying swallow, an invocation of Tianma, the Heavenly Horse of Chinese Imperial legend. The backside also shows the aesthetically superior under-lug-correctors for setting the calendar functions, a Blancpain signature element since 2005.
